HISTORY
My artistic journey began in 2013, when art became more than a form of self expression. It became a way to preserve my connection with my family. Inspired by my father’s creativity, I immersed myself in a world of color, form, and texture, creating works filled with emotion and meaning. For me, art is not only a visual experience, but also a deeply personal story that reflects my journey.
MADE BY YASHMIN
I have always been drawn to abstraction and large scale formats. Fluid art was one of the first techniques I explored, but I soon began developing my own approach, experimenting with alcohol, chemical reactions, and unconventional combinations of materials to create distinctive compositions. For me, it is not simply about color, but about exploring form, fluidity, and the unexpected ways materials interact with one another.
THE ARTISTIC PROCESS
Over time, my palette evolved. I gradually moved away from bright, saturated colors towards a more minimalist aesthetic, where silver, copper, and gold became central elements. Today, my work explores texture, depth, and light, allowing each element to interact with both the surrounding space and the viewer. I believe art should do more than decorate a wall. It should create an atmosphere, evoke a feeling, and become an experience.
BEYOND THE CANVAS
My passion for experimentation extends far beyond paint. I find inspiration in the chemistry of materials, architecture, and the movement of water and air. Each of my works becomes a dialogue between the natural and the man made, between spontaneity and intention. I see art as a language that allows us to experience the world differently, more deeply and more vividly.
